With a brand new private pool, an abundance of private outdoor space, top-of-the-line interior furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout, ‘Gulf Dreams’ is perfect for larger groups looking to stay in Old Blue Mountain Beach.
Guests will be greeted to the home by the open floor plan living area. The gourmet kitchen features Thermador stainless steel appliances highlighted by a 6-burner gas range. Enjoy your culinary creations at the formal dining area ten, or elect for casual dining at five bar stools along the kitchen counter. The living room provides luxurious accommodations with a special touch. Seating for eight and a 55-inch flat screen TV allow for relaxation, while a double-sided fireplace provides comfort to guests in the living room and those on the screened in porch lying just off of the living room! The screened-in porch overlooks the home’s private pool and features seating, while a half bath services the porch and pool area! The brand new, heated private pool features an adjoining Jacuzzi tub. First floor sleeping accommodations come in the form of the Master Suite and a King Suite. The Master Suite features a king bed and private porch access. The en suite Master Bath offers guests a stand-alone shower, a private water closet, and a large walk-in closet. The first floor King Suite is complete with a king bed and a full en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The laundry room and a powder room that services the living area are also located on the first floor. At the top of the steps, on the second floor landing, guests will notice a large, barn-style door. Behind this door you will find a bunk room and a guest suite with two queen beds! The bunk room has two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, a seating area, and a 55-inch flat screen tv with a BluRay player. Connected to the bunk room but separated by a door, a Guest Suite with two queen beds comfortably sleeps four guests. A full bath services these two bedrooms and this area serves well as sleeping accommodations for an entire family if traveling with multiple families. The second floor King Suite houses a king bed and a flat screen TV, and is serviced by a full bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second floor also boasts a porch overlooking the front of the property and the community of Blue Mountain Beach. Ample parking is available along the front and side of the property, while one car can be parked inside the garage. Wood flooring spanning the entirety of the home makes for easy cleanup after a day in the sand. The beach is just a two minute walk down an old Florida style road in the quiet community called Old Blue Mountain Beach. The private pool with tanning ledge and spa serves as the perfect fresh water option on a hot day. |
